Field Trip Drivers

Would you like to be a driver on a future field trip?  If so, this is what you need to do:

1. Go to virtusonline.org and make sure you have completed all the required trainings, signed the required documents, and completed the criminal background check.  If you want to drive and have not completed the motor vehicle background check, you will need to email the following documents at least one week before the field trip to office@standrewschoolmb.org:

• A clear, color image of your driver’s license

• The car insurance Declarations Page for the car that you plan to drive. The Declarations Page is an official document from the car insurance company and must include the names of the drivers covered by the policy, the vehicle that will be driven on the field trip, the dates for which the car insurance coverage is effective, and minimum liability coverage of $100,000 / $300,000.  The insurance card kept in your car will not suffice because it does not contain all the required information

2.  Lastly, all parents who want to be field trip drivers must complete the documents linked here (liability waiver & driver information sheets) and return the completed documents to office@standrewschoolmb.org at least three days prior to the field trip.
