Current Parent Testimonials

“Since we came to the open house with our son, we saw his enthusiasm and happiness for St. Andrew Catholic School. We have felt very welcome since the first day. The Principal and Staff are very professional and courteous. Also, we know for sure, that our son is receiving a good Christian education and excellent learning that meets all goals.”  ~Rick Colon, current parent

“Before they were even conceived, sending my children to Catholic school was my dream. The financial expense was a concern until one day at Mass, Debbie Wilfong reminded me that “the Lord provides.” Sure enough, He has. The financial sacrifices that we make are well worth the education and nurturing that our children receive. We are pleased with St. Andrew’s academic rigor, high expectations, and dedicated faculty, staff—and parents—but we are happiest to know that our children are indeed truly known and loved. They can openly pray and be prayed for. They have many opportunities to practice service beyond self, build character, and strengthen their Catholic identity. Our home is our children’s first church and first school. St. Andrew is their home away from home.”   ~Mary Emery, current parent of two students

"Our son is in kindergarten at St. Andrew Catholic School, and we could not be happier with the choice we made. The curriculum is developmentally appropriate, the staff is warm and helpful, but most importantly, he is truly loved for being the person that God created him to be. As parents, we feel confident that he is not only receiving a quality education, but is part of a vibrant Catholic community. We view his education as the most important investment we can make, and are grateful to have found a school that will partner with us to raise a young man of integrity, strength of character, and faith."  ~Jessie Kohn, current parent

Alumni Testimonials

“When I think of where I am today in my life, I cannot thank St. Andrew enough for contributing to the person I have become.  St. Andrew is a special place and it will always hold a very special place in my heart.  It is not just a school, it is a place that promotes growth in your faith and pushes you to be the best version of yourself that God has created you to be. St. Andrew prepared me for college by instilling a hard work ethic and love for learning.  St. Andrew prepared me for life by surrounding me with people that have loved and supported me throughout so much and taught me the importance of loving others in the same way.  Finally, and most importantly, St. Andrew allowed me to grow in my faith and always taught the importance of keeping God at the center of our lives.  I am now in my final semester of nursing school at USC and thinking back, I can’t think of a better place than S. Andrew to have started my educational journey; a place that not only prepares you academically, but prepares you for life and most importantly for growing in your faith as well.”  ~Nicole Crowl, Alumna, Class of 2010.

“St. Andrew gave me so many experiences that I will remember for the rest of my life.  I learned the art of note taking from Mrs. Tucker and how to type quickly and efficiently from computer class which are skills that I use for my job and schoolwork.  I had the ability to learn about different cultures through English, Religion and Spanish classes and those skills benefit me today when discussing history.  I was thankful to be a part of the athletics through volleyball, gaining teamwork skills and learning how to communicate not only on the court but to take action when needed.  Being a cheerleader taught me not only how to be a leader, but to stand up for my team and myself when the going got tough.  Cheerleading aided me in becoming a more confident person and is beneficial to me when it comes to public speaking and connecting myself with others.  St. Andrew prepares you not only for High School, but for college too.  I always remember hearing from teachers “You’ll use this in college and thank me later,” and every time I knew they were right because now I am using the skills I learned there every day.  ~Mary Claire Brophy, Alumna, Class of 2011

“Growing up in the St. Andrew’s community has assisted me in my future schooling in more ways than I can count.  To name just a few, the study habits that were taught and applied at St. Andrew have stayed with me throughout high school as well as during my college years.  Also, the many influential people I met while at St. Andrew will be part of my life forever.  Seeing my grade school teachers trying to keep up with me makes my heart so full.  Their faithful support means the world to me and I don’t know where I would be without them.”  ~Shelby Sheets, Alumna, Class of 2010
