As part of our STREAM program, our middle school students are afforded the opportunity to participate in the South Carolina Bar Middle School Mock Trial Competition. This hands-on program is a learning exercise in due process of law. Students learn to represent both attorneys and witnesses for both sides of a fictional case which will be tried against other participating schools as a competition. Students are guided through the case with support of teacher and attorney coaches. We believe participation in this program is an invaluable experience for our middle schoolers who choose to participate.
