St. Andrew Catholic School is seeking a full-time bookkeeper. 


Bookkeeper Job Responsibilities Include:
Cash Receipts – Bank deposits and posting to the general ledger using Dynamics 365.
Accounts Receivable – Maintain Student Tuition accounts using FACTS Tuition Management.
• Accounts Payable – Prepare and process checks using Dynamics 365.
• Payroll – Process bi-weekly using ADP.
Human Resources – Manage HR related employee benefit programs, activities and claims.
Financial Reporting – Prepare and present required monthly, quarterly and annual reports, including annual budget.
Vendor Contracts – Prepare vendor contracts for diocesan review and approval and secure liability insurance certificates.


40 hrs/weekly, full-time, 12-month position including health benefits, matching retirement, flexible hours, daily lunch and opportunities to worship.

Education, Experience and Requirements:
• Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
• Experience with Dynamics 365, FACTS, & ADP desirable
• Attention to detail, and confidentiality in all matters, a must
• A practicing member of the Catholic Church is desired



St. Andrew Catholic School is seeking a full-time kindergarten teacher. 

The applicant must have a degree in Early Childhood education and be certified or working toward SC certification. Certification from another state is also acceptable. The kindergarten is self-contained, so the teacher is expected to teach all subject areas in an exciting and energetic way. Faith formation is of the utmost importance in the early childhood years, so we expect the applicant to be active and practicing in the Catholic Faith. Prior experience is desirable.



St. Andrew Catholic School is seeking a full-time Social Studies and Technology Teacher certified in Middle School Education. 

The applicant must have a degree in Middle School Education with certification in either middle school, K-8 or 9-12. Certification from another state is acceptable. The middle school teacher is expected to collaborate with colleagues, keep timely records, employ exemplary classroom management skills, and be timely and organized. Faith formation is of the utmost importance, so we expect the applicant to be practicing the Catholic faith. Prior experience is desirable. The applicant must be qualified and eager to teach technology to middle school students and feel confident to teach a high school level course for credit in Technology.



St. Andrew Catholic School is seeking part-time employment for an Aftercare Program Director.

Hours are 2:00 pm- 5:30 pm. The position is part-time and contingent upon satisfactory references and background screening. The Aftercare Program director is responsible for planning and implementing an organized and well-managed program for students who remain after school until 5:30 pm. Prior experience and a practicing Catholic are preferred.
